Strict Zero-Logs GuaranteeWe never monitor, save, or log the channels, sports events, or films you stream. What you watch stays strictly between you and your device.
1. Data We Gather
DEIPTV gathers only the minimum data required to run your subscription:
- Email Address: Used only to deliver your M3U playlist link, Xtream login, and payment receipt.
- Transaction Reference: Shared by our payment partners to confirm the length of your subscription.
- MAC Address (Optional): Needed only if you use a MAG or Formuler hardware device.
2. Data We Don't Gather
We purposely do not gather:
- Viewing history or details of what you play.
- Connection IP history or DNS lookup logs.
- Card numbers or CVV codes (all payments go through encrypted, PCI-DSS certified processors).
3. End-to-End Encryption
All traffic between you, our portal, and our servers is secured with TLS 1.3 and 256-bit AES encryption. Stream manifests and playlist tokens are authorised on the fly to stop any tampering.
4. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You stay in control of your data. To have your customer record and email permanently removed from our billing system at any time, contact our Data Protection Officer at support@deiptv.com.
