DMCA Copyright Policy
DEIPTV's approach to intellectual property rights and our formal notice-and-takedown process.
1. Compliance Commitment
DEIPTV respects the intellectual property of creators, copyright owners, and broadcasters. We respond promptly to every clear notice of alleged copyright infringement in full accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you think your copyrighted work has been linked to or transmitted through our network without authorisation, send a written DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent that contains this required information:
- A physical or electronic signature of someone authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed, or a representative list of those works.
- The exact URL, stream link, or playlist path where the infringing material can be found.
- Your contact details, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If a feed was taken down by error or misidentification, you may send a formal counter-notification to our compliance officer that includes your contact details, where the removed material was located, and your consent to local jurisdiction.
